Refund & Cancellation Policy

HyrTech LLC — Service Agreement & Refund Policy

1. Nature of Services

HyrTech LLC provides marketing and technology development services to businesses and medical professionals on a monthly retainer basis. Services include, but are not limited to: custom software and platform development, workflow automation, CRM configuration, digital marketing strategy and execution, and technology consulting. All services are delivered digitally.

2. Monthly Retainer Billing

Clients are billed on a recurring monthly basis. The billing cycle begins on the date of the first payment and renews on the same date each subsequent month. Retainer fees represent reserved time, access, and ongoing service delivery — not a single deliverable. Payment is due at the start of each monthly period.

3. Cancellation Policy

Starter and Professional Plans: Clients may cancel at any time by providing written notice to HyrTech LLC at least 14 calendar days before the next billing date. Cancellations received with fewer than 14 days notice will result in one final billing cycle charge. No further charges will occur after the confirmed cancellation date.

Full-Service (Enterprise) Plans: Enterprise engagements require a minimum 30-day written cancellation notice prior to the next billing date. Custom platform builds in progress at the time of cancellation will be delivered in their current state, with all completed work transferred to the client.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] with the subject line "Service Cancellation Request — [Client Name]." Cancellations are confirmed in writing by HyrTech LLC within 2 business days.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital service delivery — which begins immediately upon the start of each billing period — retainer fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has commenced and work has begun.

However, HyrTech LLC will consider partial or full refunds in the following circumstances:

  • HyrTech LLC fails to deliver any agreed-upon services within the billing period due to our own failure to perform.
  • A billing error results in a client being charged incorrectly (e.g., double charge, incorrect plan tier).
  • A client cancels within 3 calendar days of their initial subscription start date and no substantive work has commenced.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 10 calendar days of the disputed charge. HyrTech LLC will review and respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly and fairly. Clients may reach our compliance team at [email protected] or by mail at the address below.

6. Changes to This Policy

HyrTech LLC reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 14 days prior to the effective date of any revision. Continued use of our services after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
